Refund Policy
At SWPNOSIKSHA INSTITUTE FOUNDATION, we strive to provide high-quality educational services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your enrollment or have any concerns, our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Course Cancellation by Institute: If SWPNOSIKSHA INSTITUTE FOUNDATION cancels a course for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fees paid.
- Student Withdrawal: If you choose to withdraw from the course, refunds will be granted based on the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of enrollment: Full refund if the student has not attended more than one class or accessed course materials.
- After 7 days but before 15 days: A 50% refund if the student has attended no more than two classes.
- After 15 days: No refund will be granted if the student has attended or accessed course materials beyond 15 days.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
- Registration Fee: Any registration or application fees paid during the enrollment process are non-refundable.
- Course Materials: If any course materials (e.g., books, software) have been provided, these are non-refundable after use or delivery.
- Online Classes: If a student has accessed online content or recorded lectures, refunds will not be provided.
3. Refund Request Process
- To request a refund, students must submit a written request to our support team at itindiab@gmail.com along with the following:
- Proof of payment (receipt or transaction details).
- Reason for withdrawal or refund request.
- Relevant course details (course name, duration, etc.).
- Once the request is received, it will be reviewed and processed. Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 10-15 business days after approval.
4. Special Circumstances
- Medical or Personal Emergencies: If a student withdraws due to unforeseen medical or personal emergencies, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation must be provided.
- Transfers: In cases where students wish to transfer to a different course or program, this may be possible without a refund, but subject to course availability and approval.
5. Late Refund Requests
- Refund requests submitted after the specified refund period (as outlined above) will not be entertained.
6. Discretionary Refund
- SWPNOSIKSHA INSTITUTE FOUNDATION reserves the right to offer a discretionary refund in exceptional circumstances, subject to approval by management.
7. Final Decision
- The final decision regarding refunds rests with the SWPNOSIKSHA INSTITUTE FOUNDATION management. All decisions made are final.
